This key role involves working directly with customers via incoming calls to troubleshoot our gate operating security systems. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong customer service skills and technical aptitude to provide excellent support. You will play a pivotal role in resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. Beyond just troubleshooting, you will be at the forefront of providing expert guidance, problem-solving, and fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, providing troubleshooting assistance for gate operators.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Problem Resolution:
- Provide customers with a diagnosis and resolve technical issues related to their gate operators.
- Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and advancements in the gate operators and access control industry.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on system usage and best practices.
Working Hours:
- Hours: 8:00 – 4:30, Monday – Friday (on-site in Fountain Valley)
- Occasional overtime may be required
Experience:
- Gate operator experience (highly preferred)
- Experience is great, but we are happy to train
